- A good calorie deficit is 500 kcal per day. If we do a little bit extra workouts, this number can go up to 600-700 kcal per week
- Divide your calorie deficit by 9
- This will sum up to 77 gm per week which brings us to the conclusion that we can lose around half a kg per week.
